Bob Gadaleta

Bob is currently Head of Field at Hiscox USA where he is responsible for leading sales and broker distribution through the field underwriting team, broker distribution, alternative distribution and agency management. Bob joined Hiscox in 2008 as Management Liability Product Head before moving to Atlanta in 2009 to start up the Southeast Region. He spent nine years as SVP and Regional Executive for the Southeast Region.

Prior to joining Hiscox, Bob spent over 13 years at AIG in a number of roles including Claims Director, Not-for-Profit Management Liability Product Head, and East Coast Zonal Executive for the Private and Not-for-Profit Management Liability Division.

Bob earned his MBA from The Georgia Institute of Technology and BA from Montclair State University.
