Minor injury during treatment

During an occupational therapy session, a patient is tested for functional capacity with a cable meter. The cable on the equipment snaps cutting the patient’s leg and causing them to fall. The patient sues the therapist to cover out of pocket expenses after visiting an outpatient clinic for care.
