Auto renewal is now available for DICE policies
When will this change take place?
We expect to begin by January 2024. You will start to receive policies in December. If you do not receive a policy, you will receive a renewal quote prior to renewal.
What if I need to make changes to a policy?
Email any change requests to [email protected] prior to renewal. Underwriters will respond to you prior to making any changes to a policy. If changes are made, your underwriter will adjust the policy and send it back to you.
What if the insured doesn’t want to renew?
You should advise your underwriter prior to the effective date of the policy that you do not wish to renew. The underwriter will then cancel the renewal policy.
