Delayed MRI results

An outpatient imaging center contracts with a physician to read and interpret MRIs, and in one instance the physician fails to provide an accurate interpretation of the exam in a timely fashion. The delay of treatment lead to further injury of the patient including partial paralysis and the imaging center is accused of being vicariously liable for this physician’s work.
