"Cindy listened to what I said when she first came on the call. I said to her that I was very frustrated today because my client was requiring me to make yet a third call to revise my insurance a third time and da da da da da. So in hearing me say I was frustrated, she quickly was sensitised to the fact that because I had to cancel one policy and get a new policy, that she would not keep me on the phone to ask me the whole list of new questions. She transferred the information from the original purchase into the new form and then called me back to ask me just two or three more things. That was a phenomenal customer service move in my opinion because it freed me up, it calmed me down, I didn't have to feel frustrated on a new level because I was answering a whole new set of questions. She heard, she listened and she made the correct judgement call. In addition to the fact that her personality just bubbles through the phone... and if I ever become a conglomerate myself, I will be looking for her to hire her away
from you. Thank you."

"I think the overall satisfaction with Hiscox is very good. The only thing I would suggest is adding some online tools for your customers, such that when they are drafting contracts they have a way to help prevent any issues that may come up, that may make it difficult to come to some solution, if you will, because you already had it covered in the contract. So some limitation of liability guidelines, those kind of things which suggest that a contract will be very useful. Thank you."
