, UK (17 May, 2010) – Hiscox today announces the appointment of Bill Guiney to Regional Manager, Manchester and Hannah Hosking to Regional Manager, Scotland and Ireland.
Bill Guiney brings over 20 year's experience to Hiscox and has established key broker relationships within the Manchester region during this time. In his previous roles at Eagle Star and Zurich, he managed a team of underwriters and their regional network of national brokers.
Hannah Hosking brings eight year's experience to her new role as Regional Manager, Scotland and Ireland. She began her career in broking at Aon and most recently managed a team of over 100 staff at Axa. Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge of the Scottish market which will be instrumental in driving the Hiscox business forward in the region.
Both Bill and Hannah report to Ross Dingwall, Sales Director, Hiscox UK & Ireland, and will be responsible for leading their teams to build and maintain Hiscox's strong broker relationships and reinforce the brand and reputation in their areas.
