London, UK – Hiscox, the international, specialist insurer, has won the Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year category at the Insurance Times Awards.
Announced at the publication's awards ceremony on Friday, 5 December, 2008, it is the second consecutive year that Hiscox has been named as Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year. The award is based on feedback and votes by UK insurance brokers.
